Welcome to the Golden Mic Showcase, a celebration of the incredible musical talent, creativity, and culture that thrives throughout the Coastal Bend.
Created by Raps & Apps, the Golden Mic Showcase is designed to provide local artists with a platform to perform, connect with new audiences, and continue building sustainable careers through their art.
Our mission is simple: to destroy the myth of the starving artist by providing opportunities through scholarship, education, promotion, and community.
This showcase brings together an exceptional lineup of musicians representing the diversity, passion, and artistic excellence that make our city unique. These artists are not only entertainers they are storytellers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and cultural ambassadors helping shape the future of our community.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Coastal Bend Community Foundation and the Texas Commission on the Arts for their commitment to supporting arts and culture in South Texas. Their investment helps create opportunities for artists while strengthening the creative economy of our region.
