From dreams to reality

This workshop is for anyone who wants to set a big personal or professional goal for themselves, and they need clarity, courage, commitment, and community to get started!

Are you passionate about many things, yet find yourself stuck in the planning stage?
Do you have a million projects in mind but can’t find a moment to begin?Yep...I've felt that too. Frustrating, right?
I am a courage coach, and the mom of Warm Hearts, the first floating sauna in Amsterdam where anyone can enter for free after doing a good deed. Warm Hearts started as a wild idea with a budget of €150, and a lot of courage and commitment. It has now grown to a project funded by the city of Amsterdam and has hundreds of visitors from 40 different nationalities.
In this session, I’ll share my learnings from Warm Hearts. How we went from dream to reality through my signature coaching exercise “The Bottle of Courage”.
Because of this exercise, tens of people have popped their bottles to celebrate achieved goals eg. starting their business, achieving financial goals, starting a podcast, or moving abroad.
