We’re excited to welcome girls ages 9–17 to an empowering dance fitness experience designed to help them grow stronger in mind, body, and confidence.
This FREE kickoff class is the perfect opportunity to experience what Glow Up Fitness is all about. Participants will enjoy upbeat dance fitness, fun movement, confidence-building activities, and a positive environment where every girl is encouraged to shine.
Whether your daughter has years of dance experience or is just getting started, she’ll leave feeling empowered, encouraged, and inspired.
