The Giving Garden | Women In Automotive® Denver Social

Women in automotive know how to work hard, solve problems, and keep moving. But our next level is rarely shaped by effort alone. It is shaped by the people close enough to expand what we can see, remind us what we are capable of, share what they know, and open doors we could not reach alone.
The Giving Garden is a full afternoon in Denver built to help you recognize what you want to cultivate in yourself, receive what other women already see in you, and decide what you are ready to give forward inside your business and your community.
THE LINEUP
Danelle Delgado, Founder of The Alpha Group, opens the day.
Emily Caldwell, General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Denver, on From the Ground Up: Cultivating a Culture That Wins.
Alison Rank, Founder of My CIO Alison, on Joy Is Not the Reward. It's the Sunlight.
Amanda Rawls, VP of Client Success at KPA, on Cultivating Connection Where You're Planted.
Amanda Gordon, Founder and CEO of GoJo Auto, closes with When One Woman Rises, We All See What's Possible.
WHAT YOU WATER GROWS
The flowers on your table are not decoration. They are the experience. Every attendee leaves carrying three: what I give myself, what another woman sees in me, and what I will give forward.
ALSO INCLUDED
Lunch, facilitated table conversations, and a closing cocktail hour.
WHO SHOULD BE IN THE ROOM
Everyone from every part and every level of the automotive industry. Dealership sales, service, parts, finance, operations and administration. Emerging managers and experienced executives. Dealer principals and general managers. OEM and manufacturer professionals. Vendor, technology, media and service partners.
Men and allies are welcome and encouraged. This conversation does not change without your involvement and support.
REGISTRATION
Women In Automotive® members attend free. Check your email for your member code and enter it at checkout.
