The Give to Gain Leadership Forum

For International Women’s Day 2026, the overarching theme is Give to Gain. This theme reflects the belief that collective investment in one another; through knowledge, sharing, mentorship, and empowerment. 

Give to Gain envisions a gender-equal world: one free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination; a world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where differences are valued and celebrated. Together we can continue to bridge the gap of gender equality (IWD, 2025).

This event is intentionally designed for a curated group of Director+ level women leaders to connect, learn, and engage.

The Give to Gain IWD event is a full-day immersive experience centred on leadership, energy, and intentional growth. The day will blend structured learning with moments of restoration; a day to recognize sustainable leadership requires both focus and care. A featured workshop will be led by Marina, an Energy & Time Management Coach, guiding attendees through practical strategies to optimize performance without burnout. To balance learning with well-being, the day will also include a light wellness experience; creating a space for mindfulness, presence, and renewal. Throughout the day we will have intentional networking sessions, complimentary breakfast and lunch, and all-day coffee, tea, and hydrating beverages.

This event brings together strong women in leadership to pause, reflect, and invest in themselves; because when leaders give back to themselves, they gain clarity and capacity to lead others and take care of themselves more effectively.
