The Gift of Peace ~ A Christmas Meditation Retreat
About this Event
With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Chodor
Take some time this Christmas to relax, unwind, and reconnect with what really matters.
This retreat is an opportunity to give yourself - and those around you - the most precious gift: the gift of inner peace.
Throughout this gentle course, you’ll receive simple, practical Buddhist teachings and enjoy guided meditations that help you cultivate a kinder, more positive view of yourself and others.
This, in turn, can help you feel more connected, warm, and open-hearted towards those around you.
This course takes place in the serene, spacious, and comfortable meditation room at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada.
Between sessions, enjoy complimentary refreshments and informal social time, along with the opportunity to ask questions.
This course is suitable for everyone, including those who are completely new to Buddhist meditation.
Everything will be clearly explained and gently guided step by step.
No previous meditation experience is needed.
Everyone is welcome.
