The Gift Makers Workshop
About this Event
About the Gift Makers Workshop
Make a Gift. Give a Gift.
Join us Saturday, December 5, for the Gift Makers Workshop—a community creative gathering where we use our gifts to make gifts to give gifts!
Whether you enjoy making things, want to learn a new skill, or simply want to spend an afternoon creating with others, there is a place for you here.
The workshop brings together local makers, neighbors, families, and creative minds for an afternoon of hands-on experiences, shared skills, and giving.
Explore the Program
1. Make Something — UDO Creative Stations
Drop in, explore your imagination, and make something of your own. Visit our creative stations for freestyle making and DIY activities designed to spark ideas and encourage creativity.
2. Learn from a Maker — Featured Maker Experiences
Meet local artists and creative entrepreneurs who will lead hands-on projects and share their skills. Each Featured Maker brings a different experience, giving you an opportunity to try something new and create something to take home.
Project offerings, availability, and prices vary by maker. Some experiences may be complimentary. Any project fees are paid directly to the Featured Maker at the event.
3. Give the Gift of Making — Community Making Table
Help us make creativity accessible to everyone! Through community contributions and sponsorships, we're working toward providing 50 complimentary creative kits for participants to enjoy—25 during each session.
These kits are an invitation to create, share, and give, even if you simply want to try something new.
