The Gift Healing Encounter: From Trauma To Triumph

When: Friday (Sept 27th) 6-8:30pm and Saturday (Sept 28th) 8-5 with a break for lunch

What: A two day retreat for any woman who needs to pull away from the day to day and experience refreshment for their soul through Worship, the Word of God, and Prayer. You can expect to experience sweet fellowship, healing, and restoration. Come with your friends or make new ones! You will gain knowledge to help you estabish a new heart and spirit!

It is also for the broken hearted. Jesus came for the broken and by His stripes we are healed. Trauma and pain can enter into our lives thorugh abuse, loss, abortion, divorce, injury, abandonment and so much more, but we don't have to stay there. We can move from trauma to triumph!

Friday: Worship, Keynote, Fellowship

Saturday: Worship, Keynotes, Table Activites, Testimonies, and a Discovery Panel.

Panel topics will be on sexual trauma, grief and loss, generational wounds, womens health and nutrition, inner healing and deliverance.

Speakers & Bios:

Jeannie Scott Smith, is an Author/Speaker/Podcaster who speaks with passion to groups of women on the serious issue of brokenness and the redemptive path to healing. She is the Founder/President of Smith Evangelistic Ministries and well known for her compassionate heart as a counselor for women leading them through a path of healing. She is an ordained minister and has authored several books including Shattered into Beautiful: Delivering the Brokenhearted from Abortion, If you Love Me Obey Me, and The Gift: Embrace the Wonder of Healing. She has written curriculum and led national workshops.

She is also the Founder/President of Coastline Women’s Center: A pregnancy medical clinic, Abagail’s Place: a family resource center, and the former President of the SC Association of Pregnancy Care Centers. Trish Popson, Trish is an ordained Crisis response Chaplain and Certified Biblical Counselor. She holds graduate degrees in Biblical Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, Chaplaincy, and Christian Ministry Leadership, and is currently working on her Doctorate in Strategic Church Leadership as she tackles sexual abuse and exploitation issues in the church and other Christian communities.

Trish has published three books, Raising Little Women of God: A Discipleship Journey for Mothers and Daughters(Two-book curriculum) and Connecting with Christ at Passover: A symbolic Seder Experience. Tammy Tate,is an Author, Speaker and Grief Counselor. She is also a retired nurse with more than 30 years of experience in the field of high-risk obstetrics. In additionto being a nurse, she has a Masters degree in Christian Counseling Psychology. In 2008, she felt the call to start the first Perinatal Hospice program in the state of South Carolina. This program provided coaching, planning and grief counseling for parents who were carrying a baby with a life limiting diagnosis. She is the author of “Gift of a Lifetime” for Focus on the Family, which is widely used in Pregnancy Care Centers all over the world, and also authored, “Journey of a Lifetime”, a guide for parents who were carrying a baby with a life-limiting diagnosis. She also wrote the curriculum, “Perinatal ComfortCare Core Curriculum” to provide the knowledge and the tools to those groups who desired to offer perinatal hospice services to their community services. Tammy resides in Easley, South Carolina, with her husband, Terry and their little pup, Ellie.

Nicole Cagna, is an Author and Speaker. She is the Founder and CEO of The Bridal Call Ministries and White Stone New Name Prophetic Jewelry. Nicole is highly gifted in ministering and hearing from the Lord and speaking into the lives of others. She also Founded and leads Wonder Women Leadership Academy where she develops and helps other women embrace their calling. She has spent many years serving in inner heaing and deliverance and is a gifted prayer intercesor delivering a powerful prophetic word needed in our day. She resides in Myrtle Beach SC.
