The GIFT

The GIFT or (Guiding Imagination For Transformation) workshop is a hypnosis-induced deep trance theta meditation that will bring you to re-experience your happiest and proudest moments. These feelings are ramped up and anchored to deep breaths to give you the ability to recreate these feelings. You will then be guided to your imagined ideal future and to take deep breaths so that your future feels like your happiest and proudest moments. Next, you are guided to a room of forgiveness and understanding to genuinely forgive others and, most importantly, forgive yourself, as well as letting go of any shame or guilt.
