This well-oiled improv machine will flex their skills to perform a 20-minute Genre Monoscene; they will play using the tropes and conceits of an audience-suggested genre and all the action will take place in one location.
Michael Hartwell and team -
Michael and his team of ringers will lead us through a 20-minute set of classic long form scene work culminating in a run of callbacks.
Geordi Haerr-Hartmann and Zekky Al-Marayati -
Making their first appearance at The Get Up, these hyphenated heroes will dig deep for a 2-Person Longform Narrative set.
Jess Schuknecht hosts "The Regal Rumble" -
In this never-before-attempted format (inspired by the WWF Royal Rumble), two players begin a Monoscene. Every X seconds, a new player enters. There will be a schematic where players are "eliminated" and have to leave the scene never to return. It ends with one performer left on stage.
