In Daoist philosophy, life unfolds through cycles of generation, nourishment, and transformation. The Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—describe how energy moves through nature, the body, and the seasons of life.
👉In this experiential workshop, we will explore the generative cycle of the Five Elements and the role of yin energy as the fertile ground that allows transformation to occur. Through simple Dao Yin movement, breath practices, and guided reflection, you’ll learn how the elements nourish one another and how these cycles appear in the rhythms of the body and the stages of life.
This practice offers a way to reconnect with natural cycles, cultivate internal balance, and restore the deep, regenerative qualities of yin.
Together we will explore:
