The Tap proudly presents The Gecko Band on Friday, June 13th for the very first Canadian date of their 2025 Whisky and Wheels Tour!The Gecko Band is a high-energy rock band based in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, known for its electrifying performances and unique ability to connect with audiences. The band plays a mix of classic rock hits, original songs, and party anthems that keep crowds dancing all night. They are especially popular among foreign visitors, making them a favorite act in Vallarta's vibrant nightlife scene.
Founded and led by Victor Vera, The Gecko Band has built a loyal following over the years, regularly performing in top venues across Mexico during the high season. Every summer, they embark on a Canadian tour, bringing their signature sound to fans up north. In 2025, their tour is titled “Whisky & Wheels”, reflecting their rock 'n' roll spirit and adventurous road-trip vibe.
