The Gathering Table presents: Home Ground with Shauna Murphy

The Gathering Table returns with the first event of 2026, as Shauna Murphy joins us for Home Ground, an exclusive and intimate evening of food and conversation.

Shauna is The Food & Wine Young Chef of the Year 2025 and Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year 2023, and Senior Sous Chef at the two Michelin-starred Terre in Castlemartyr. A Limerick native, her cooking is rooted in Irish ingredients, shaped by place, and guided by a strong personal connection to home.

Home Ground explores Irish food culture through place, produce, and lived experience. The evening will begin with a chat exploring the elements of Irish food culture featuring a panel of experts and producers, before guests gather around the long tables for dinner.

As always, The Gathering Table will celebrate the small food and beverage producers who make the Irish dining scene so vibrant, bringing their ingredients, stories, and work to the heart of the experience.
