Discover the simple elegance of making your own herb-infused vinegar in this beautiful, immersive, hands-on workshop led by Rachel Hardacre of On the Acre. Guests will choose from a bounty of Fall-forward herbs-thyme, fresh bay, garlic chive blossoms, rosemary, sage, and more-Rachel will guide you in creating a layered and delicious vinegar that captures the season in a jar.
You’ll leave with your own infused vinegar creation and the knowledge to continue the ritual at home, adding seasonal brightness to everything from salad dressings to roasted vegetables. All supplies are included in the price of the workshop. Just bring your curiosity and love for all things Fall!
Event cost is $25+tax. All materials are included.
Four sessions to choose from: 1:00 PM, 1:45 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:15 PM. Each workshop runs 30 minutes.
