The Gathering Board: The Art of Grazing Beautifully

Part workshop, part dinner party, The Gathering Board is an evening devoted to the art of gathering beautifully.

Join Gatheria Studio for a hands-on experience inspired by the abundant, artfully styled grazing displays that have become a signature of our events. Throughout the evening, you’ll learn the principles behind building a beautiful grazing board, from cheese selection and seasonal pairings to color, texture, composition and presentation.

Then, put those principles into practice as you create your own elevated grazing board to take home, along with a Gatheria grazing guide designed to help you recreate the experience for gatherings of your own.

Once the boards are complete, we’ll gather around the table for a chef-curated communal dinner with wine, conversation and plenty of inspiration for entertaining beautifully at home.
