Ready to take on the Frenzy?
The Garendon 5K Frenzy is a 12-hour running challenge at Garendon Park, Loughborough. Complete as many scenic, multi-terrain 5K laps as you can between 8am and 8pm.
Take part as a solo runner, as a pair, in a team of 3–4, or in a team of 5–6. Awards will recognise the leading solo runners, pairs and teams, plus the fastest male and female laps.
Enjoy food and drink vendors, music, an evening DJ and a licensed bar.
