Wednesday Sept 24, 2025 7-9pm - The GAC - The Guided Astral Consciousness (Glen Alfred Connolly) Live @ The Battery Cafe
Glen Alfred Connolly is solo multi-instrumentalist from St. John’s. He is currently working on a 6 song Ep called Disruptor under the moniker "The Guided Astral Consciousness (THE GAC)". Over the years, Glen has played with several bands across a variety of styles, jumping in on different instruments. He also rocked the 1999 ECMAs as the lead singer and guitarist for Chimera. In the early 2000s, Glen expanded his musical credentials debuting as the drummer for Red 26 on a local TV show Out of the fog, and as the Bassist for Magnolia (Judith Morrissey’s project).
Glen has been a regular on the local music scene since 1998, playing shows at venues like Distortion, CBTGs, and The Levee as a rhythm and lead guitarist with the metal band Ashes to Ammo. Glen is currently recording an ep and will be releasing singles as he performs live as an acoustic artist.

Our max capacity is 35 so larger groups (>3 people) should purchase tickets well ahead of time. Walk-ins may be available on the day of the show - please drop in or call 709-722-9167 to confirm.
Our Kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.
Please arrive at least 15 mins early to get seated and avoid the rush. Groups of 3 or more will be assigned a table; free seating for singles and couples. Please check in with our staff before seating yourself.
Seats will be held for 30 mins after the show start, after which they may be given to walk-ins. Tickets can also be transferred - login to https://locarius.io/.
