Little Greenhouse is a company with a life-long mission to turn Winnipeg into the vertical farming city of the world. Founded by Trina, an Engineer in Training (EIT) currently pursuing a M.Sc. in Biosystems Engineering. She is focused on energy efficiency designs and systems for vertical farming.
Dr. Qiang Zhang - University of Manitoba
Dr. Qiang Zhang is a professor in the Department of Biosystems Engineering, University of Manitoba, and a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of Manitoba. He has been conducting research in the area of controlled environment agriculture. Dr. Zhang is a member of several professional societies, including Canadian Society for Bioengineering (served as President) and American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers.
