WeCode KC is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to give youth the opportunity to learn technology concepts, and leadership skills; creating a pipeline of future-ready professionals through project-based learning and innovative programs. Join us for a four week look into this unique organization as we explore their successes, challenges and the future of technology with topics such as AI. Our presenters will include students participating in WeCode as well as staff.
Our experienced youth instructors will collaborate with SPARK participants, offering personalized tech assistance and group tutorials covering a diverse range of topics. SPARK participants will gain proficiency in utilizing their smartphones, tablets, and computers for everyday tasks, as well as explore accessibility features. Additionally, they will receive an introduction to the realm of artificial intelligence, learn to navigate new apps and software, and receive troubleshooting support for any device issues that arise.
