Ashlee Mitchell is a Brooklyn-born creative consultant, influencer, and founder of The Takeover by AM, a creative media agency empowering small businesses and creatives to elevate their social media presence through storytelling and visuals. Formerly a Restorative Justice Coordinator, Ashlee has a passion for community and is active in the Black Restaurant Coalition, helping NYC's Black-owned restaurants thrive. Known for her IG series like “Places to Go NYC” and “4 Women by Women,” Ashlee is dedicated to expanding her impact, recently joining the Oneday program to bring new entrepreneurial ideas to life while pursuing her MBA.

Jerlisa “Juju” Fontaine (Moderator) is the Founder & CEO of Hue Capital (@huecapitalco), a professional network and AI-powered career & business advisement platform serving 10,000+ professionals and early-stage founders. With 10+ years of healthcare, tech and professional development experience she has worked on an array of projects. These include: AI-powered career tools, health insurance engagement systems, SMS-based programs, and optimized EHR software. Her work has empowered and supported thousands of patients, providers, students, professionals and founders. She is passionate about her personal mission to improve the health and financial outcomes of citizens across the globe.
Munzzy Uddin (@ohmunzzy) is the co-founder of Monkey King (@themonkeykingnyc). Uddin is a chef from East New York, Brooklyn, who left her career as an engineer at Wolfspeed to focus on her passion for culinary arts, specifically in elevating her family’s Bengali cuisine. As a first-generation Bengali-American, Uddin aims to bring a unique cultural fusion to Monkey King, inspired by her heritage and her culinary vision. Her inventive approach to dishes, such as cumin lamb ribs that reflect both Bengali and Chinese influences, exemplifies her commitment to creating a distinctive dining experience.
Harvey Wong (@harveywong) is the co-founder of Monkey King (@themonkeykingnyc). Wong is a Brooklyn-born chef from Canarsie and the son of George Wong, a well-regarded chef who opened Kings County Imperial, a trendy Chinese restaurant in Williamsburg. After leaving his role as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Wong decided to pursue his passion for cooking and continue his father’s culinary legacy. Dedicated to honoring his Chinese heritage, Wong brings traditional Cantonese flavors to the menu at Monkey King, blending family recipes with his innovative flair.
Jean Ramos is a passionate social media strategist and content creator with a love for the culinary world. As the founder of a social media agency for restaurants, Jean helps small businesses shine online with captivating reels and photos. With 13 years in hospitality and a background rooted in his family’s bodega, Jean brings a unique industry perspective, sharing his love for food and culture through @JeanEatz on Instagram and TikTok.
