About this Event
Join the International Center for Law and Economics (ICLE) and key former Federal Trade Commission (FTC) personnel for a timely discussion of the future of federal antitrust enforcement. In recent years, the FTC and U.S. Justice Department (DOJ) Antitrust Division have both pursued a "neo-Brandeisian" approach, with effects seen across everything from high-profile monopolization cases to new joint merger guidelines to a controversial noncompete rule. With a change in administration and agency leadership, we explore the critical question: What's next for the DOJ and FTC?
