The Funky Easel is a relaxed Sip & Paint experience designed to light you up and gently bring out your creative side — even if you think you haven't got one 😉
Join us for a feel-good evening where you can unwind, have a laugh, and do something completely different… all whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple.
🐔 Henrietta Hen Full of personality, charm, and just a little bit of sass — this one is all about bold colour, texture, and painting a character that really makes you smile.
Henrietta is the kind of subject that takes on a life of her own… feathers, expression, and those wonderfully satisfying details that make her truly come alive on the canvas.
This painting is joyful, a little bit cheeky, and brilliant fun to paint — whether you're going for regal or ridiculous, she'll be completely your own.
This isn't about getting it perfect. It's about switching off, getting stuck in, and letting something lovely unfold.
📅 Event Details Wednesday 5th August 2026 | 7:00 – 9:00pm 📍 The Nelson, Ipswich
The venue is open all day, so you're welcome to arrive early and enjoy food or drinks before we begin (or stay after and make a night of it).
🎨 What to expect You'll be guided step-by-step by Becca (that's me 👋), a professional artist, in a relaxed and friendly way — with plenty of one-to-one help as you go.
