The Funky Easel is a relaxed Sip & Paint experience designed to light you up and gently bring out your creative side — even if you think you haven't got one �
Join us for a feel-good evening where you can unwind, have a laugh, and do something completely different… all whilst enjoying a glass of your favourite tipple.
� Meet our Woodland Wonder — a gorgeous, characterful toadstool with a sweet little snail making its way up the stem. It's quirky, it's charming, and it's got bags of personality just waiting to come to life on your canvas.
There's something so joyful about painting a scene like this — that perfectly spotted toadstool cap, the little snail's gentle trail, and all the whimsical woodland detail around it, each element adding a little more colour and magic to the scene.
This painting is fresh, fun, and wonderfully satisfying to build up — layer by layer, spot by spot — until something really gorgeous emerges.
This isn't about getting it perfect. It's about switching off, getting stuck in, and letting something lovely unfold.
� Event Details Monday 2nd November 2026 | 7:00 – 9:00pm � Marinero Lounge, Ipswich
The venue is open all day, so you're welcome to arrive early and enjoy food or drinks before we begin (or stay after and make a night of it).
� What to expect You'll be guided step-by-step by Becca (that's me �), a professional artist, in a relaxed and friendly way — with plenty of one-to-one help as you go.
� No experience needed � All materials provided � A warm, welcoming atmosphere (come solo or with friends) � Your own finished painting of Woodland Wonder to take home
� A night out… with perks Whether you're planning a date night, a catch-up with friends, or just fancy coming along on your own, this is your permission slip to have a couple of hours just for you.
No pressure. No judgement. Just a lovely evening and a painting you'll actually be proud of.
