A 75 minute workshop of gentle yin yoga, alongside the beautiful sounds of crystal healing bowls. We end the class with a blissful 15 minute sound bath to fully relax & restore.A true healing therapy for both the body & mind ✨
We'll also have time & space to connect with each other over herbal teas following the workshop.
This workshop is beginner friendly and offered in one of the most beautiful studios in Palma - equipped with cool temperatures and less biting insects than the outdoor alternatives!
