The Full Moon Collective

This season has invited many of us into deep waves meanwhile experiencing moments of chaos and clarity, grief and joy, endings and new beginnings. This gathering is a space to honor it all. To stand fully present in the hills and valleys of your experience, and to breathe in the midst of release.

We will begin the evening with acupressure and aromatherapy, allowing the body to soften and open. From there, we’ll move into a grounding yoga flow, followed by sound healing to support emotional release and integration.

This experience is rooted in compassion, creating space to acknowledge frustration, anger, and blockages, while gently making room for new energy, growth, and your next becoming.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat and/or outdoor blanket

• Water

• An open heart

• An optional personal offering (something symbolic you’d like to release or a prayer to the water)

We’ll be gathering by the water, allowing its presence to support our intentions of letting go and welcoming in the newness of spring.

There is nothing to fix only space to feel, breathe, and be.
