First concepts
– Exploration by the 5 members: Developing grounding within technic position and evolution through movement.
– Opposition of hips and chest so was to develop unusual body shapes and balance.
– Work of quality of movement with musical rhythm.
Dancers will go home with new body exploration concepts, with new floor technique that’s adapted to the body and flexibility. An extension of their dance. Mental tools to unblock themselves from limitations.
The class is open to all levels.
Bring a hat to protect the head from unusual contact with the ground.

Times: Friday: 6-9pm Saturday/Sunday: 10am – 5pm (1hr lunchbreak)
