Join us as we gather under the trees in Quadra Village to kick off the third annual Out There Art Festival with spoken word, music, storytelling and song, against the backdrop of a Garry Oak meadow and the setting sun.We're bringing fabulous musical storytellers, longtime East Van favourites, and 2022 JUNO nominees The Fugitives from Vancouver for this very special event! With a welcome and original poetry by renowned local spoken word artist Marie Metaphor and Sofia Sol, you won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind summer evening event!
This event is part of the Out There Art Festival taking place at the SJ Willis Field @ Hillside & Blanshard from Sept. 2-5.
