Every founder is running on a fuel source. For some it's something hard — getting laid off, being underestimated, watching a parent's business fail, a health scare. For others it's a person who believed in them, a moment of pride, a problem they kept seeing that no one else would fix. Whatever it is, it quietly shapes who you hire, who you serve, and where you refuse to bend. Most of us have never said it out loud in a business setting.

This is a working session, not a talk. In this 90 minute workshop with 10KSB peers, you'll surface that experience, shape it into one short, true story, and test it with fellow founders — so you walk out with a story you can actually use to attract the right clients, hires, and partners.

We're gathering on September 11, a date that carries weight for all of us. Spending the morning on what drives our work feels like a fitting way to mark it.
