Join the Y Wellbeing Initiative and the Caring Communities for Mental Health Program for a free, monthly gathering where we explore friendships and the role community plays.
In a world that’s more connected than ever, genuine friendships still matter. Come connect, share, and grow with others in a welcoming, supportive space.

This group will be led by Lindsay Cuevas. Lindsay is a highly motivated and experienced educator with a strong background
in advising and advocacy. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to counsel and advocate for vulnerable populations, fostering inclusive and supportive environments.
In her role as Community Care Worker for the Y Wellbeing Initiative, Lindsay brings her dedication to promoting mindfulness, wellbeing, and serenity. Driven by her personal
mental health journey, she is passionate about helping others discover practices that cultivate joy and mental tranquility!
