As a registered charity, the Friends of Poppleton Ousebank School must hold an official annual general meeting (AGM) once a year to review their activities over the last 12 months, share their financial position and to elect the official roles of Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer for the forthcoming year.The Friends Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday the 20th October 2025 at 8pm at the Red Lion Inn and Motel in Poppleton and we would warmly invite all parents to join us for this meeting.
If you are interested in nominating yourself for one of the available roles, please submit your interest to [email protected] by the end of Friday the 12th October 2025.
We hope that many parents will join us to review our activities over the last year and to help us plan a successful forthcoming year.
Please remember if not enough parents get involved we cannot run events or raise funds which are used to pay for resources and experiences within the school.
