🌍🚶 Teesside to Benidorm – 1,400 Mile Walk for Mental Health 🚶🌍On 30th August 2025, First Contact UK Mental Health will set off on our biggest challenge yet walking all the way from Teesside to Benidorm… with fridges on our backs. 💪❄️
Why? To show the weight of mental health struggles and raise awareness, support, and funding for those who feel they have to suffer in silence. Every step we take is for the people still fighting, and for those we’ve sadly lost. 💚
