Join The Friday Wellbeing Club at Donaghadee's beautiful Flavour First Farm.Who for?
All women - no experience, sense of flexibility, coordination or confidence necessary. Turn up as you are!
Why?
Gather with other women to be nourished by a collection of practices for body, mind and soul, supporting you to connect with your own innate medicine.

What?
Movement: gentle yoga and dance to support every woman’s body in the beautiful Hoop House or outdoors in the Orchard (if the weather is fine!)
Nutrition tips - your gut will thank you for it!
Contemplation and reflection - learn to befriend yourself with circling and journalling.
Lifestyle tips for better sleep, calm and improved mental health.
Connection - the joy of celebrating yourself and others.
Fun, craic and singing from the heart!
Seasonal teas and snacks included.
Joining Cara and Susie at the Wellbeing Club costs £80 for 5 weeks.
Drop-in rate £20, if space available.
