Ticketholders are guaranteed entry into the venue until 15 minutes after the advertised showtime. After 15 minutes, we may sell additional tickets at the door to anyone who shows up asking for door tickets if we have available seats. Ticketholders who arrive after 15 minutes after showtime will not receive a refund if they show up and we have no available seats.
