The Frequency of Fragrance

The Frequency of Fragrance is a guided aromatherapy workshop where we slow down and explore the energetic and emotional resonance of essential oils and botanical scents. Through mindful smelling, reflection, and conversation, we tune into how fragrance influences mood, memory, and the nervous system.

During this experience, you will:

• Explore a variety of essential oils and natural fragrances

• Reflect on the emotions, memories, and sensations they awaken

• Meditate with scent and sound in a calm, welcoming environment

• Set an intention and create your own custom aromatherapy blend to take home

This gathering is designed as a moment to pause, reconnect with your senses, and create something personal and meaningful.

Whether you are new to aromatherapy or already love working with plant essences, this workshop invites you to deepen your relationship with fragrance as a tool for grounding, clarity, and wellness.
