Brilliant violinist Madeleine Easton (Director of Bach Akademie, Australia) joins us as the Camerata closes the Newcastle Music Festival with the brilliance and colour of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Vivaldi shares the bill with two contrasting works - Strauss's effervescent Blue Danube and Something From Nothing, an evocative work of the Australian composer Natalie Nicolas.
The Four Seasons is presented by the Newcastle Herald, Principal Sponsor of the Newcastle Music Festival, which is proudly funded by NSW Government.
