The Foundry: Check In 2022 - 2023

We can't wait to welcome you to The Foundry, your new home away from home whilst you study in Leeds!

To ensure your check in is as smooth as possible, we are asking residents to book time slots throughout the busiest check in period. Please choose only 1 time slot per resident (or per dual-occupied studio). If your travel plans on your day of arrival change or are disrupted, please call us on 0113 493 1220.

Prior to checking in, please read the below guidance to help us keep everyone safe and ensure there is less admin to complete on the day - we know you are excited to move into your new room!

• Please only enter the property with 2 others to help you move in to your new room.

• Prior to arrival, please ensure that you have completed your H&S induction on the Resident's Portal (details of which will be emailed to you prior to arrival).
• If you are paying rent with Student Finance, please either bring evidence of your application on the day of check in or email it to [email protected] prior to arrival.

• Parking near The Foundry is limited - there are very few areas to park on the side of the road. With this in mind, we will have team members who can help unload your car at the property but the closest car parks are:

1. Holiday Inn Express (Cavendish Street LS3 1LY)
2. West Street Car Park (Wellington Street LS1 4PD)
3. Kirkstall Road Car Park (Cavendish Street LS3 1JJ)
