In this guided workshop, we explore the often-missed foundation beneath movement, performance, and resilience: the nervous system.
Through gentle guided breath, fascia-based stretching, and the intentional use of aromathapy, you’ll experience how the body softens, releases tension, and reorganizes when it feels safe.
We’ll also explore the power of smell with doTERRA products— how we don’t smell with our noses, but with our brains — and how scent can be used to create calming rituals that support the nervous system long after the session ends.
This is not a workout or a class you push through.
It’s a nervous-system-first experience that prepares your body to move, learn, and thrive more efficiently.
