The Forte Mile is a challenging workout that breaks up a mile into 400 meters of lunges, burpee broad jumps, a bear crawl and finally a 400-meter sprint to finish the mile.
This can be accomplished as a solo event or in teams of two. The teams of two will split the movements as they feel fit.
The Forte Mile should take anywhere between 45 minutes and 90 minutes depending on fitness levels and team dynamics. But most importantly the goal is to get outside with like-minded individuals and enjoy some fitness.
