Buffalo Music Coalition brings their Saturday Sessions to The Caz with the brilliant, eclectic music of The Formalities-Saturday, November 28th from 2-5 pm.
This is the "new" Caz, with only a $10 cover charge. Lower drink and food prices, no automatic gratuity, the cashless-only system is gone, and it's going to be a great place to hang out for an afternoon jam.
Led by Jamie Sunshine on marimba, The Formalities include Judd Sunshine on upright bass, Aaron Ziolkowski on guitars, Brendan Gossen on fiddle and Ryan Campbell on drums.
The Formalities is an ensemble that features a unique combination of acoustic instruments - marimba, fiddle/mandolin, upright bass, guitar and percussion. They cover a range of popular music ranging from The Beatles to the Grateful Dead with a emphasis on vocal harmonies and improvisation.
