Examine parts of a plastic human model as well as various animal bones. Understand the very basics of an anthropology examination using measuring devices.
The workshop will include lecture and hands-on activities.

Mary Jumbelic Biography:
Mary Jumbelic, M.D., board-certified forensic pathologist, spent 25-years doing thousands of autopsies. She has also worked in the field of mass disasters, responding to the World Trade Center, Hurricane Katrina, and numerous air crashes. Working with anthropologists, she gained an understanding of basic field techniques of recovery and analysis.
