From Diane

"Jill shared her knowledge of food, herbs, and nutrition with passion. I gained a deeper understanding and appreciation about the foods, "I know are good for me", and realized how much more variety there is to choose from when planning meals.

Sharing these classes with other women while exploring mind, body, and spirit was really fun."

"The Food Tree is a fun, engaging hands-on tool for helping kids understand and make good food choices. With clear guides to the most updated recommendations for nutritional wellness, it's a wonderful method for clinicians, teachers, dieticians, and parents to prevent childhood obesity and poor nutrition.”

From Florisabel, Mother

"I love the Food Tree. It’s so different from the traditional Food Pyramid. This is definitely the way we all should eat, Today, I am going to draw it and share it with my children. IT’S GREAT!!
 Thank you!"

From Kelly Wainwright, mother

"I have been inspired by Jill's personal testament to nutrition, knowing that her children 'fight over' kale, from their own backyard garden! In addition, she has greatly helped me think of easy ways to implement tasty & nutritious food for my whole family into my schedule. This goes a long, long way. She is not only informative & practical, but passionate about what she does with a great sense of humor."

From Camphill Communities

"It was beneficial for Camphill Communities California to receive Jill Troderman's presentation of her Healthy Food Tree and Food Vampires. Jill's explanations were clear and informative, for example:  why humans are having complications processing wheat and what happens when you cook with different oils. Jill’s sharing was not all about what you can’t do; her positive approach kept everyone engaged and the questions coming."

From Ocean Robbins, author and Founder Health Revolution

"The Food Tree Guide to Holistic Nutrition is an appealing and innovative teaching tool that is needed more than ever to inspire our next generation of youth towards healthy eating.
