• 10:15am the live DJ vinyasa flow begins
• 11:15am meditate/journal
• 11:30am refreshments + wellness gifts!!
• 12pm hang out, take photos, make friends
• 12:30pm close <3

Location:

• The address of The Studio is 2255 S. Michigan Ave, Unit 3W, Chicago, IL 60616
• The entrance to the building is on 23rd St. just east of Michigan Avenue.
• Please buzz "The Studio Chi" and we will let you up!
• The elevator is down the hall, through the opening on the right and we are on the 3rd floor

Parking:

• If you are driving, there is easy metered street parking on Michigan Avenue (free on Sundays) or a few Spot Hero’s within a couple of blocks.
• The closest paid lot is 2222 S Indiana Ave
