🧘🏼 50-Minute Mat Pilates Class at Be Earth Yoga – Begin with an energising and feel-good Pilates class led by Anastasia Tsuipia at Be Earth, designed to strengthen, lengthen and leave you feeling refreshed.

🚶🏼 Head Over to Ousia Together (5 min walk) – After class, we’ll take a short walk over together to continue the experience with our community.

🍓 Strawberry Matcha On Us – Celebrate the launch with your very own Flow & Friends Strawberry Matcha and be one of the first to try it.

🎧 House Music & Social – Stay for house music DJ beats, connect with familiar and new faces, and enjoy a slow social morning together.
