WHAT IS THE FLIRT LAB?
When I came out, I wanted to know where the lesbians were. The Flirt Lab is what I built to answer that.
It’s a flirting class and a mixer in one night. You learn practical skills from Flirt Leaders, then you try them out on other people in the room. Nobody is left standing against a wall.
How it works
I teach you our signature flirt move and we talk about consent. Then you head to a flirt station. At each station, a Flirt Leader demonstrates a skill and invites you to pick a partner and try it. You’ll flirt with at least two people per station, maybe more. After 8 to 10 minutes, we rotate to a new one.
At the end, we raise a big “cheers, queers” to everyone in the room for being brave enough to show up.
Who it’s for
If you just came out, you’re welcome. If you’ve been out for years and still freeze when someone flirts with you, you’re welcome too. You don’t have to be loud or funny. We handle the direction, and you just show up.
After the Flirt Lab?
We will head downstairs to watch the iconic Dirty Dorothy Show and celebrate our queerness!
