The Flip Cocktail Class

Have you ever wondered why classic cocktails work? Do you ever wish you could come up with your own variations at home? This class is the 6th of 6 in a series that follows the premise behind the famous cocktail book "Cocktail Codex", which argues that all the cocktails we see today have derived from 1 of 6 classic cocktail recipes. This class will focus on the Flip and all the cocktails that have been created following it's strutcture. This cocktail is the perfect compliment to a cool autmun night around the fireplace. The Flip cocktails that guests will be making in the class will balance sweet, rich, and warming all in one sip. The kitchen will also be creating some exquisite food pairings to go with your cocktails. Join us for a fun, interactive evening of drinks, food, and good company!
