Husband-and-wife duo Max and Brittney Flinn, known as The Flinns, are redefining the Country Americana music scene. Their powerful blend of heartfelt lyrics, authentic storytelling, and tight harmonies has captivated audiences, forging a unique connection that keeps fans coming back.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Max began his solo career playing the Texas country circuit. He has opened for a range of artists including Radney Foster, Kevin Fowler, Robert Earl Keen, Cory Morrow, Ryan Bingham, and more. He's performed at notable venues from legendary Texas dancehalls to intimate listening rooms from Texas to Alaska. Max’s songwriting combines traditional country and singer-songwriter elements, earning praise from American Songwriter for his ability to craft relatable narratives.
Brittney, originally from Northern Minnesota, moved to Houston in 2014 to teach math. After meeting Max in 2016, she began to join Max on stage. Brittney’s vocal talent quickly caught the attention of fans and musicians alike, leading to growing demand for the two to perform together.
The Flinns’ live performances are a testament to their versatility, seamlessly blending their original songs with beloved covers that pay homage to the roots of Americana music.
