As we dance the wave through the five elements, Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Ether, we dive into a deep inner journey.By letting our body and soul being carried by the music, by expressing ourselves through movement, we find a space of freedom and liberation.
This workshop is inspired by the five rhythms dance and by ancestral shamanic practices. Join us for this movement meditation practice and feel the magic of the dance. No dance experience required, the invitation is to let the movement emerge from within.
About the host:
Elsa was working as a psychiatrist in Switzerland when she danced the five rhythms for the first time. In one single dance, she felt she released and healed herself more than in six months of the psychoanalysis she was doing at that time. Since then, she has been exploring the power of intuitive movement as a deep healing practice.
