Enjoy some of Snowdonia’s most breathtaking scenery on this circular walk, taking in tranquil lakes, the rugged scenery of the Moelwynion mountains, incredible views of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the spectacular Aberglaslyn Gorge, industrial heritage and the picturesque village of Beddgelert, home of the legendary Gelert’s grave.This walk is perfect for those wanting to get off the beaten track and avoid the crowds, exploring the best of what Eryri (Snowonia) has to offer. The route takes in a mixture of good tracks and paths plus some off-path sections.

Level: a good level of fitness required; this walk doesn't involve any scrambling, but there are some steep (but non-exposed) sections where you might want to use your hands.
