The First Wave brings their WAMI-nominated 80's New Wave & alternative music tribute to Serbian Days, held at the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral (3201 S. 51st St) in Milwaukee.The First Wave's sets feature the music of great 80's alternative artists such as Depeche Mode, New Order, Duran Duran, The Cure, Billy Idol, Tears For Fears, and much more.
The band has performed high-profile shows in the past at legendary local venues such as Turner Hall and Shank Hall, as well as big festival shows at Summerfest, Bastille Days, and Wisconsin State Fair. This will be an incredible evening of Serbian food & culture, as well as the very coolest sounds that the 80's had to offer!
