Why The First Track?
Every organization has a beginning—a moment when vision becomes action, people begin to gather around a purpose, and the work starts creating stories of its own.
The First Track: A HighImpact Storytelling Experience is an invitation to experience the story behind HighImpact Community Development Foundation and the work taking shape throughout our community.
Since our founding in 2026, HighImpact has been focused on creating pathways that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. From youth development and transportation access to community programming and connection to resources, our work begins by listening to what people need and finding meaningful ways to respond.
On November 14, we're bringing those stories together for one intimate evening.
Through storytelling, our special HighImpact impact film, music, food, conversation, and meaningful moments throughout the evening, you'll have an opportunity to learn more about who we are, why this work matters, what we've accomplished so far, and where we're headed next.
This evening isn't about simply telling you what HighImpact does.
We want you to experience it.
You'll meet people connected to the work, learn about the programs and pathways we're building, hear some of the stories that have shaped our journey, and spend time in community with others who believe that meaningful change happens when people are seen, heard, supported, and connected.
And perhaps somewhere during the evening, you'll discover a place where your own story intersects with ours.

This is also an opportunity to learn how you can stay connected to HighImpact beyond the evening—whether through partnership, volunteering, community connections, giving, or simply helping more people discover the pathways we're creating.

One ticket. One experience.
We've intentionally simplified ticketing for The First Track. There are no VIP packages, corporate tables or sponsorship levels for this event.
General Admission — $50 per person
Seating is limited.
Tickets can be purchased directly through Eventbrite. Your Eventbrite registration will serve as your event ticket.
